This is one of those services that you hope you never need. But, if you do, I would strongly recommend Yeti. Responsive, fair, and excellent service.

We had a water leak and mold in our drywall around our fireplace. Yeti Restoration were available right away to come and remove all the mold related to the water damage. Mike and Aaron were very thorough and did a great job of explaining everything. They also left our house looking clean and covered up the area well. I highly recommend hiring Yeti Restoration since I would use their services again!

I used Yeti a few years ago when I had a major leak in a bathroom that caused mold all in my walls and in the floor in the next room. They were quick, informative, and made the whole process very easy which made all of it much less stressful. Recently, I was worried that their was mold in a different area because of a strange smell. It was truly making me feel crazy. The owner was the one who came out to check it out and do some tests to see, and while no signs of mold were found, he gave me a lot of good information and suggestions, which gave me so much peace of mind. I was so stressed about all of it, and Matt was so kind, courteous, and reassuring. He made sure I felt heard and that he addressed all of my concerns. Dealing with problems with my house is absolutely the most stressful thing to me, but every single staff member I have talked to there has been so kind and really helped ease a lot of the anxiety I've felt. I would recommend them to anyone, and god forbid I have another mold issue, I will absolutely be calling them again.

We loved working with Yeti! Vicki was super helpful on the phone as we got scheduled while we were out of town, and really helped with being flexible when we had a scheduling conflict. Aaron was great!

We had a burst pipe last week during the extreme cold in January in a house we’ve only lived in for 8 months. Yeti Restoration was onsite the next day, helping us navigate the work that needed to be done and willing to work with our insurance company. The team was Matt, Adam, Mike and Aaron. Each one of them being incredibly professional, efficient with excellent attention to detail, communicative and fun to work with through a stressful time. I can’t say enough good things about them all!

A big thank you to Matt, Mike, Aaron, and Tony for coming out during a holiday weekend to help us with a water emergency. It was a stressful situation, and they made things easy for us.

We had an excellent experience with Mike & Aaron from Yeti today. We had a small basement flood which necessitated professional cleanup. They came at the scheduled time, assessed the problem and immediately went about fixing it. Communication was clear and easy.

My sensitive nose panicked and thought our walls were most likely filled with moisture and mold. Not knowing anything about mold remediation I searched for a local company to help and Yeti came out for free to check the walls! Luckily, it was all good news and our walls our fine- but I have peace of mind and appreciated the free check from Matt, who was caring and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would recommend calling Yeti if you even have any inkling somethings going on in your home!

Mike, Aaron, and Vicky were so great! When I first called it was a last ditch effort to get crawl space work completed. We had two other companies ghost us after having come to see the space and bid on the work. I was ready to give up when a friend recommended Yeti. I called and Vicky picked up on her mobile after hours! She coordinated the scheduling and got the team right out. They not only put on shoe covers (we have white carpet) but they also took extra care with their tools and laid down carpet protecting paper throughout the basement to keep everything clean. Mike and Aaron texted with ETAs each time they were on their way. They told us what to expect, and kept us in the loop the whole time. They were professional and courteous. Needless to say, their work was top notch. They even saw issues others had not. We've been in our home for 12 years and I can't belive we didn't do this sooner. I think they spoiled me! My standards are now ridiculously high :)

Aaron was great! The ladder that he originally brought wasn’t tall enough, after a quick trip to Home Depot he came back with a taller ladder and inspected everything! I felt like he went well beyond helping and took care of my concerns today. From this experience alone I would recommend their services to anyone. He was friendly and after some conversation was actually one of the techs who would clean up the mold so he knew exactly what he was looking for. He showed me all the pictures he took as well. Vicki, the person I talked to in the office was also able to get Aaron out to our home by the end of the week as well. At the end I requested a report showing no issues at this time and am eager to have that peace of mind in hand. Thanks again Aaron!
