Mold, Soot & Grease removed from ceiling

During a humid summer, when this commercial space was left vacant, mold grew through 15,000 square feet of the ceiling joist system. Hands-on cleaning at height was due to begin until the property manager discovered dry ice blasting.

Yeti Restoration was recruited to achieve top level results in a fraction of the time of hands-on cleaning. And because dry ice blasting works to remove residue and adherents in every nook and corner, the process was thorough, and much faster than planned, meaning additional work could be completed either side of our project, and the new tenant moved in two weeks early.

Two dry ice blasting units were used at once, both on 19’ scissor lifts, with one man on the ground running the operation for two professional technicians in the air, thus maintaining the systems to perform at peak efficiency.
